Whole 30: Cauliflower Hummus

Hey y’all! It’s about that time for another recipe! This was just one small part of my super bowl whole 30 spread–and it was a hit with the friends! We also had grain free chips, plenty of veggies, homemade salsa, bacon avocado fries, potato wedges, and homemade cheesecake !! Needless to say, we were very full and very satisfied!

Just posting today to share another one of my whole 30 compliant recipes— cauliflower has become my new best friend as you can literally do anything with it….like make hummus or use as rice!

Hope everyone has a good week!

Spicy Cauliflower Hummus

  • 1 bag of riced cauliflower
  • 3 tablespoons paprika
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 cup red bell pepper (diced)
  • 3-4 tablespoons of tahini
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons cumin
  • 2 small lemons (juiced)
  • ~ 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • dash of hot sauce

1) blend using a food processor: the cauliflower + red bell pepper + tahini + olive oil + lemon juice together until it becomes a creamy consistency

2) Add the rest of the ingredients and blend together

3) EAT AND ENJOY!

*** We enjoyed this hummus with sweet peppers + cucumbers + carrots + plantain chip dippers!
